WU V5 and Norton Internet Security Log

I am having the problem where the downloading and
installing window of WU is hanging at 0%. I noticed that
in my NIS log I have a couple entries in the Content
Blocking:

Does any of this keep me out of WU?
Any ideas on how to onblock it in NIS?
