I went to download and set up step 2 of service updates. Step one for
firewall will not automatically occur and gives me an unknown error message.
I have manually gone into network systems and still can not enable my
firewall. I do not have the security icon in my control panel that they say I
should have although on the windows update screen it is checked as completed?
What should I do?
