WXP SP3-problems with DL

I have WXP SP2, I've been trying to DL the SP3 from both windows website and
windows update. I keep getting the error message "ACCESS DENIED" after is
almost finished DL. I've validated my WXP, so what else could it be? I've
been looking for help for two days, nothing works. Is gotten to the point I'm
just going to ignore any windows updates I get.

OKAY... I have the problem I can not DL the WXP home Edit SP3
with the error code 0x8024002D!!!!!!!!!
I am looking for solutions!!??
