x64 or x86?

I need to download SP1 for Vista but Microsoft gave me two choices: 'x64'
and 'x86'... how do I know which one to download?

Click Start button, click Control Panel, click System and Maintenance and
finally click Welcome Center.
The edition of Windows Vista you are running is displayed with your computer
details near the top of the window.
32 bit system (x86)
