x86 to x64 Upgrade?

Hi,

Can I run a repair install on a Server 2003 Enterprise R2 SP2 box to upgrade
it to 64-bit? It is currently running Server 2003 SP2 x86 and I need to go
to R2 and x64. If I can just run the setup over and preserve settings that
would be fine, but I could also blow it away and rebuild the server.

Just wondering if it is possible.

No inplace x86 to x64 upgrades are possible.

What "settings" are you interested in preseving?

Hello Sean,

No way for upgrading 32bit to 64bit. You have to reinstall.
