I referred to the Microsoft website links provided and they don'
actually state that the controller works with 'Windows Media Center' bu
instead games which it's supports.

In regards to the third party software though, it does a fantastic jo
for controlling Windows Media Center, in fact you can control anythin
with it.

The problem I've found is when I load a game that comes equipped wit
XBOX 360 Controller support from Windows Media Center, it loads the gam
as it should normally but the third-party controller recognitio
software is still running in the background causing every button I pres
in the game to trigger twice.

So for example, when I press the [up] key to change a weapon in a game
it triggers it in the game and also triggers it on the additiona
software I have running; causing it to trigger twice and therefore go u
twice instead of once.

How would I get around this without terminating the program everytime
want to load a game? So far I've resorted to replacing the original gam
exe with a binded exe with the original game executable and a file tha
terminates the XBOX controller software so that it doesn't collide.
Help me! Ahh!

I would appreciate any support, thanks people
