XDrive Backup?

Does anyone out there use XDrive to backup data? I've been a subscriber for
about a month or so. Not a single backup has succeeded. I've got McAfee
Security Center installed and XDrive is set to allow access to the net. But
maybe it's trying to access a port that's disabled?

Does anyone know?

TIA!

Don, I am an extensive user of Xdrive. On and Off (read it rarely) I
have some issues with back up feature. However, my assumption was, may
be I tried to hit the server when it was busy / upgrading.
I read that not even a single back up of yours has succeeded, that
kinda rings a bell, may be there are some issues with your settings?. Do
you get any error messages while doing so?
However, sorry for a dumb qn: are you using a proxy server?

I was HOPING it would be something as simple as that. But I haven't been
able find such a setting.

<Do you get any error messages while doing so? >
Nope--know error messages. It just says "failure".

<However, sorry for a dumb qn: are you using a proxy server? >
No proxy server. DSL via Verizon. Windows Vista Home Premium on Wireless G
network.

Thanks for responding! Maybe somebody out there can help.
