XML Core services 4 service pack 2

Have tried to install this update, and it says its succesfull but then a
couple of mintues later windows upate wants to install the same file.

This is happening to me too, what do I do?

Per your helpful advice, I clicked on the support.microsoft.com link. In the
very first line it references Windows XP-based computer. My computer has
Vista so my question is why is this trying to install on my computer and
should I just remove it as is suggested on the site?
