xp 2

I try to install windows sp 2 but I get an error (Foutnummer: 0x80072EE2).
Does anybody know why?

Error 0x80072EE2 is: ERROR_INTERNET_TIMEOUT
Translation: The request has timed out.

When accessing the Update site, you receive the 0x80072EE2 or 0x80072EFD error.
