This looks like you are running the 64-bit Windows XP beta.
Since this is a beta you should post to the 64-bit newsgroups:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserv...l/support.mspx
There are no updates for the 64-bit beta available on Windows Update there
are a number of posting on the newsgroup about this in the link above.

I like many others it seems have tried to get updates for my computer and
get
you must be the administrator to update but of couse I am. many parts of my
computer do not work because I cant get updates I even followed some of the
instruction posted here and when I try to install a update it says that the
updates are not for my computer. please help if you can.
I am using this hard ware
AMD 64-bit 3400
ASUS K8V DELUXE
1 gb ram
