XP, ActiveSync and multiple User Accounts

I have a new Dell PC running Win XP. I have created three User Accounts. I
only want my Pocket PC to Sync with one of the user accounts. If my Pocket
PC is in the cradle and I login to one of the other accounts, ActiveSync
always ask me to create a new partnership. It will not let me sync to the
existing partnership. How do I stop from wanting to create a new
partnership or can I make it sync to the existing account?
