XP Drives under My Computer redirects to search instead of the fol

After a recent problem I got which I fixed the drives under My Computer now
redirects to Search instead of redirecting to the folders, how can I restore
the problem to the default setting. I tried "restore" but it did not work.

I would appreciate if anyone can help me.

Hi Vittorio,

D/load and run Doug Knox's folder_open.vbs which "fixes the problem where
Search or Command Prompt opens when double clicking a folder":

You may receive a warning from your Antivirus program regarding the .vbs
file possibly being an unsafe or malicious file.......there is nothing
malicious about Doug Knox's .vbs files, they are safe to d/load and run.
