XP Freezing when logging off profile

Since the last Automatic update for the Maliscious Software Removal Tool my
computer freezes when logging off any profile. Is there a connection and
should I remove this update? It did not happen before.

My PC freezes during boot up for about 5 minutes , since the last auto update
of July 13th.
