If you ever find that your `XP Help and support center` is
innoperative, or doesn't work,
You may have run a utility known as "Easy Cleaner".
I upgraded to Service Pack 2 and was hoping that would fix my problem
(it did not).

When I clicked on "Help and support center", I would just see an hour
glass for a second and nothing happened.

I then found fixwinxphelp.vbs
at...
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_d...xwinxphelp.htm

I was afraid to run it but now I am glad I did.
Excellent results. It fixed me right up.

Now I wonder what else "Easy Cleaner" messed up!!
That program is sooo deleted.
