XP Home Edition Updates

I am trying to update my laptop. But I can't find any update for XP Home
Edition that will work. I do not have Serivce Pack 1 on my computer, so I
assume that I will have to start with that update. I do not have internet
access on the laptop since I have to update it first for my wireless to work.
I can save the download to my jump drive and then install it on the laptop.

The settings on my laptop say:
Microsoft Windows XP
Home Edition
Version 2002

Does anyone have a clue how I can update my laptop?

Start with SP2 - Windows XP Service Pack 2 - download (for single PCs also)

I tried using the download and when I try to update my laptop says that it is
not a valid update for my system.

Any ideas???
