I bought an HP TX1320 laptop with 2GB and Vista Home Premium and am thinking
of reformatting the hard disk drive and installing XP Home.

Are there any potential issues/problems in this endeavor?

Thanks.

Just make sure the Device Drivers that work with Vista are also available
for XP. Why are you formatting and choosing XP?

Might be for Games, but not for other everyday use.
XP still rules for transfers over lan and such.
Sleep mode still does not work after how long ?
Transfer speeds still are slow, After how long ?

7 months and counting.
