xp - languages

I use xp pro with service pack 2. I have lost my discs in a house move. I
now want to install Thai characters to allow my wife to send emails in her
own language. However, xp prompts me for a cd which i obviously now don't
have. Where/what should I now do? Thanks in anticipation.
