I just found out I need XP Professional and have XP media. Is there a way to
convert or a way to make XP media operate like XP professional?

XP Media Center is a subset of XP Pro. Why do you need XP Pro, please ?

The firm I'm with is requiring XP professional for the new CRM (Contact
Management program) program they developed. As well as Outlook 2003, which I
have already.

According to this chart :
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/p...ng/matrix.mspx
one can not upgrade from WMC to XP Pro.
Have never done it before so I can't say if it would work or not.
