XP Pro SP1 and Daylight Saving Time update

Is their an update for XP Pro SP1 for the new Daylight Saving Time.
Microsoft Update says you have to update to SP2 before you can update the
Daylight Saving Time.

for a patch that might work for Windows XP-SP1. Good luck.

Perhaps it is time for SP-2.
