XP Pro SP2 fails to install

When requesting SP2 to be installed receive following error code:

Error Code: 0x8007F0CB Installation failure.

All works fine all other updates have not had any problems. In past system
started to auto update. Did not want to wait so it was cancled. Now I have
some time it will not work.

0x8007f0cb STATUS_VLK_BLOCKED
The Product Key used to install Windows is invalid. Please contact your
system
administrator or retailer immediately to obtain a valid Product Key.
