XP Pro Updates

I am unable to get updates for my Win XP SP2. Last update was taken on 27th
December 2006.
When I go to windows update site I get this error message-:
Update Error # 0X80190193.
Please help.

Windows Update informs us about network issues which are avoiding to access
to the server 0x80072EFF and

0x80190193 errors): they appear when Windows Update is overloaded. The best
option is to wait a few minutes.
