XP Service Pack 3 won't install

I contacted Microsoft in pertaining to why I can't install above subject.
All other updates are able to install. I followed steps in Admn. Tools
utility in control panel, r-clicked cryptographic services, clicked auto for
startup. Then went to Windows update and again would not install XP service
pack 3. What else can I do?

Well - since Windows XP Service Pack 3 does not exist - you should not be
able to install it...

Do you mean Office XP Service Pack 3?

What happens when you TRY to install *Office* XP Service Pack 3? Post any
error messages in their entirety.
