Those items in Add/Remove Programs are not part of SP-2.
The SP2 reference in their name means they will be incorporated in
SP-2.
They were most likely installed on your computer before SP-2 was
installed.
If you are uninstalling all the items with SP2 in the title you are
removing a lot of essential security features.
You should reinstall ALL Critical Updates immediately to help maintain
the protections on your computer.
If you plan to install SP-2 immediately, you do not need to install
the others as SP-2 includes all except those released very recently:

If you broadband is slow have you installed the latest Windows XP
