XP Service Pack crashed me too

Windows SP2 crashed my broadband and turned it into slower than by old dialup
used to be. I have tried to uninstall it by using the add/remove programs
part of control panel, but still 5 files remain and stubbornly will not
remove or delete. They are Q329441, Q811493, Q815021, Q817606 and Q819696.
Anyone have any ideas how to get rid of them? Thanks

Those items in Add/Remove Programs are not part of SP-2.
The SP2 reference in their name means they will be incorporated in
SP-2.
They were most likely installed on your computer before SP-2 was
installed.
If you are uninstalling all the items with SP2 in the title you are
removing a lot of essential security features.
You should reinstall ALL Critical Updates immediately to help maintain
the protections on your computer.

If you plan to install SP-2 immediately, you do not need to install
the others as SP-2 includes all except those released very recently:

If you broadband is slow have you installed the latest Windows XP
driver for your network card?
