XP Service Pack Install

After installing SP2, my DSL Internet connection has slowed way down. If I
uninstall, it speeds back up. Any thoughts? Even if I disable the
firewall, there isn't any differnece in speed.

Did you ask your DSL provider if there were updates required for SP2?

Make sure you have the latest Windows XP drivers for your network card.

I did and their answer was "must be Microsoft's problem!" - Always someone
else's problem.

I installed those as well and still no luck - still very slow
