I have home addition xp. I was able to download email attachments before
installing service pact 2. When I sent a teck support message they tole me to
remove my spy ware protectiong and Norton anti virus. Well that's not helping
and I want to access my attachments but I get the Windows security settings
wont allow it message still. Anyone had this problem? How can I fix it?

Run Outlook; click Tools, Options, "Security" tab.
Uncheck the box, "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a
virus"
Uncheck the box, "Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail."
Click "Apply", "OK"

Yes, and yes. Norton is better than nothing at all.
