Had to reinstall operating system (XP Home). Once I was up and running, I
set the computer for Windows Auto Updates. They immediately came in, all of
them except XP SP2. I've spent the last 4 days trying to get help to no
avail. Even though I'm set for auto updates, I went to the update site. No
XP SP 2 to download. Clicked on the link to check what had been installed.
There it was XP SP 2, all in gray saying it was cancelled. I did not cancel
it, not to my knowledge. So how do I get it back in the right area so I can
download and install it? I sure hope someone can help with this.

I have seen the IT version, but I wasn't sure about using that one. Thank
you for your response.
