Borrow a Windows XP Media Center Edition installation set from someone.
Someone with an MSDN (maybe Technet?) subscription could download it and
change the setupp.ini to allow for OEM keys... Anyone you know with Media
Center Edition that received and kept up with their CDs... etc...
You likely need to perform a repair installation.
