XP SP2 "Access Denied Error"

I get Error "Access Denied Error" on XP SP2 installs this on three XP Pro
systems at three separate locations, on 2 differing mother boards 2 Intel,
one Compaq.
The following is end of svcpack.log Any idea's ????

I suggest you start out with the SubInAcl.exe tip there and see if
that solves your problem.
