XP SP2 "acess denied"

When i start to install windows xp sp2, about halfway through it says acess
denied. Then it exits to the uninstall.

I have the same exact problem ! Did you get any kind of solution yet ?

Are you installing it as an administrator?
Is your version of Windows a pirated, bootlegged, illegal copy?
