Well after messing around with it all afternoon, I found the issue. For
whatever reason, the computer is stopping services that the computer needs
for networking and internet. I had to physically go into:
%SystemRoot%\System32\services.msc /s
Find the DHCP and then start it. I also had to tell it to restart the
service if it stops.
That seemed to fix it. But still am working on the network problems.j
