xp sp2-installed, now computer doesn't go to windows??????

I am not a big computer buff...am asking for my sis who just installed this
and now cannot get her computer to basically do anything. It will not go to
windows, she cannot get to the system restore because of the administrator
password??? Don't have a clue what it is???? Even tried to put the windows
disk in and start all over and got hung up on partition questions????Do you
delete them or start in a new one? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
