XP-SP2 Logging Off

After we updated to SP2 some machines are logging off in the middle of the
night. We have a few machines that have programs to run late and when we get
in in the morning the Novell Ctrl+Alt+Del is on the screen like they logged
out. How can I change it so they stay logged in all thru the night. Please
Help..
