XP SP2 Not Installed - but Update Center Says It Is?

I'm using XP Home Ed. on my home desktop. I had to reformat Drive C and
reinstall. I downloaded Windows updates afterwards. Computer says that I am
running Version 5.1 Build 2600. Internet Explorer version says 6.0.2600. I
went to Updates to download XP SP2. Update Center says that it is installed.
Will not give me the option to reinstall.

What is my problem and what are my options? Thank you for your replies.

From Microsoft - Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer will check to see if all updates are
installed correctly etc

Click Start, select Run and then type in: wuauclt.exe /detectnow
