XP-SP2 is "not needed" in WSUS after installation

Hi!

I have updated some XP-SP1 Client to SP2 as a test. The update went
smooth but the following WSUS reports (even after some days) are
reporting "Windows XP Service Pack 2" as "not needed".

Shouldnt this be "Installed"?

I dont have a real problem with this issue but i want to know if this
behaviour is by purpose.
