XP SP2 update and dialup users ?

It seems that in about a month MS is going to make SP2 mandatory if
the user is going to continue to use the service.

What happens for users that have dialup? I know a few.

It would behoove dial-up users to order the free SP2 on CD.

What service are you referring?

As always you will determine if you want any update including SP-2.
Although some have incorrectly reported SP-2 will be forced on all Windows
XP computers:
