After I upgraded to SP2 iTunes can no longer see my 2 DVD/CD drives which
means I cannot import any CDs. When I click on Eject iTunes just seems to
hang for awhile.

Can anyone help

Here is the CD diagnostics from iTunes:-
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)
iTunes 4.7.1.30
CD Driver 2.0.4.0
CD Driver DLL 2.0.2.0
LowerFilters: AFS2K (3.1.20.0), ASAPIW2K (6.0.0.1), PXHELP20 (2.0.0.0),
UpperFilters: CDRDRV (4.0.0.0), incdrm (4.0.0.16), InCDPass (4.0.5.6),
GEARAspiWDM (2.0.4.0),
Found aspi32 running.
Video Driver: RADEON 9200
IDE\CdRomLITE-ON_DVD+RW_LDW-401S_________________E9S3____, Bus Type ATA, Bus
Address [0,0]
IDE\CdRomSAMSUNG_DVD-ROM_SD-616Q_________________F403____, Bus Type ATA, Bus
Address [1,0]
SCSI\CdRomH_+_H___DVD-ROM_DVD-41SD4.10, Bus Type SCSI, Bus Address [0,0]
SCSI\CdRomH_+_H___DVD-ROM_DVD-41SD4.10, Bus Type SCSI, Bus Address [1,0]
SCSI\CdRomH_+_H___DVD-ROM_DVD-41SD4.10, Bus Type SCSI, Bus Address [2,0]
SCSI\CdRomVOBID___InstantDrive_CD_14__, Bus Type SCSI, Bus Address [0,0]
If you have multiple drives on the same IDE or SCSI bus, these drives may
interfere with each other.
Some Dell computers need an update to the ATA bus driver before iTunes
recognizes CDs. If you have a Dell computer, check the Dell support website
for details.

D: Unsupported CD or DVD drive.
Virtual drives can sometimes interfere with reading and writing CDs in
iTunes. If this is a virtual drive and you are having problems with other
drives, try uninstalling the virtual CD application.

E: Unsupported CD or DVD drive.
Virtual drives can sometimes interfere with reading and writing CDs in
iTunes. If this is a virtual drive and you are having problems with other
drives, try uninstalling the virtual CD application.

F: Unsupported CD or DVD drive.
Virtual drives can sometimes interfere with reading and writing CDs in
iTunes. If this is a virtual drive and you are having problems with other
drives, try uninstalling the virtual CD application.

Marion;
Have you tried contacting Itunes directly or through their website?
If the drives function normally otherwise this seems like an Itunes issue.
