XP SP2 vs NIS 2004

Hi folks!

My subscription to NIS 2003 updates is about to expire so
I have NIS 2004 on hand waiting to install. Now SP2 is
available. Which should I install first? I've read in
other groups that NIS 2004 has a problem with SP2 (or is
it the other way around?) What are my chances of
installing both and the installation going smoothly? <g>
