I also had that same error. Initially had another error, which I found out I
didn't have a couple of services turned on, then tried to install again, and
ended with the 0x80070005 error.
Did the subinacl from the support.microsoft.com/kb/949377 and WORKED LIKE A
CHARM. Takes a while for the script to run ~ 10 mins.
