At about 60% complete, just after closure of window updating registry keys, I
get a window indixating "Access Is Denied." I have found no solution
anywhere in the search files and Microsoft is not responding to requests.
Does anyone out there have a solution??

I had exactly the same error, twice. I followed the instructions at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949377 and the third time was a charm.

I also had that same error. Initially had another error, which I found out I
didn't have a couple of services turned on, then tried to install again, and
ended with the 0x80070005 error.
Did the subinacl from the support.microsoft.com/kb/949377 and WORKED LIKE A
CHARM. Takes a while for the script to run ~ 10 mins.
