xp tweakUI powertoy problem

I downloaded and installed all the XP "toys", somehow, I either missed
tweakUI or it didn't work. I cannot find the install.exe on my computer, yet
tweakUI shows up in my add/remove programs list. Do any of you self-made
billionaires in Redmond have any ideas?

Life is too short to have to empty ones browser cache by hand.
