XP Updates and Outlook name cache

After several updates were performed by wsus the Outlook name cache was wiped
out in Outlook 2003. Of course it happened to the CEO's machine. Has this
happened to anyone else or is there a way to determine what updates will
cause this problem?

I have updated hundreds+ computers with WSUS and have not seen this occur.
