XP Updates Repeatedly the same one

What can I do to stop repeated updates of the same update??

The updat is the Update for
"Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB936181)"

It seems to do it and indicates it has and then the little yellow symbol
comes up again and when I click on it to update it gets the same update again
----- and again and again.

This issue may occur if the components of MSXML 4.0 SP2 have been corrupted.
Let’s perform the following steps to remove and reinstall MSXML 4.0 SP2 and
its update.

Step 1: Download Microsoft Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
=================================================
1. Visit:
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...BD/msicuu2.exe
2. Save the file on the Desktop.
3. Please double click the msicuu2.exe file to install it on the computer.

Step 2: Remove MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 and its update if listed

1. Click Start -> (All) Programs->Windows Installer Clean Up.
2. If MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 or MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 is listed, please
locate and remove them.

Step 3: Download and manually install the update

1. Please download the update from the following link:

MSXML 4.0 Service Pack

2. Please note their location and install manually.
