Xp upgrade will not install

the message indicates that I have to remove MS shared client fax. I don't
have that on my computer. Is anyone else having that problem. Is yes, how did
you get past it or did you? Maybe MS wants dummies like me to have problems I
can't solve. They probably want me to buy something else.
