I have run the WGA diagnostic tool and it didn't give me the option to
resolve anything. Nothing has changed, I still cant download Microsoft

Error relates to a Permissions issue. Suggest you first visit here:

Read the info in the right hand column concerning what is being checked.
IF the system still can not pass WGA, suggest you post here for
assistance with someone from MS:

I did the diagnostic test.
I passed all.
I still have the code 0x800700 when I want to add a few music file
from my computer to my USB.
It is strange that I can put some files on the USB (that work
correct), but I cant add later on.
What is the problem here
