XP Win Update Problem - Error Code 0x8007045A

I recieve this whenever I try to download an update. Machine is pretty much
up to date at the moment. Running SP2 and only have two updates to download
which are:

Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - March 2005 (KB890830)
Update for Windows XP (KB887742)

There is a tech-net article for the exact code, but it refers to it being a
Win2k SP4 problem.

Any ideas?
