If you were a Beta Tester, you should contact the person at Microsoft
responsible for your part in the Beta program.
Or were you a Customer Preview Program (CPP) participant?
They are completely different programs with different goals.
CPP participants were promised nothing since they are previewing for their
own use and not actually Beta participants.
The 64 bit version is also available through some of the same sources that
currently sell Windows XP OEM.
