xpsp2 problem

everytime i run microsoft update to install xpsp2 iclick the button that says
download and install it does its thing then says installation unsuccessful, i
recieve the error code 0x8020000E and i cant find out any info on it

I get the same thing, too. And I've been trying for a couple of weeks. I
don't get an error code in the "announcement" box, but in the log files I get
the error code 80240020. And no info on it, either.
