y windows vista install any program must wait very long to run set

everytime i want to install software/program. i double click the icon of the
software.after double click it sometime wait 10 min sometime more than 10 min
then start run the installation wizard. how to solve this problem.

Disable all background applications, as one of them is interfering. I'd
start with your antivirus software, as it's often the biggest culprit when
it comes to these types of installation issues.
