Yahoo! Toolbar Download

I am running Windows Vista Business and have tried many times, unsuccessfully, to download the Yahoo! Toolbar. Any suggestions for a resolution will be welcome.

What happens when you try, any error messages, does it actually begin to
download...what happens?
