Yahoo vs Yahoo plus e:mail client settings

I went to yahoo help page. I ended up with info from Yahoo Plus. I did not
realize there was a difference.
What are the incoming and outgoing settings for regular Yahoo?
What are my instructions for authentification settings while using regular
Yahoo?
I'm trying to send out Windows Mail using Windows XP.

The "regular Yahoo" email is webmail only, at least in the US.
So you have to use your web browser, not Windows Mail.
Windows Mail can only access POP3 and IMAP servers.
