The Yellow Bar On Top

Sorry for "bitching" WLM again (because I'm seriously shocked by it) but
for some reason the yellow information bar on the main window that
displays things like:

"You can now communicate with your contacts while appearing offline.

....won't disappear even when I clicked it many times. Perhaps these
messages can be displayed in the tray icon's *balloon* instead, like how
MS did with Office Outlook 2003's new feature messages.

As a bonus, overuse of the yellow information bar, which is associated
with *security* messages in IE and OE, could confuse users that these
"new features" messages are something important and related to security.

Regards.

Yeah, I really wish there was an option to dump them.
